He has been instrumental in the consolidation of the network/syndicated radio industry by structuring mergers and acquisitions for Westwood One Radio Networks, Premiere Radio Networks, and for clients such as Casey Kasem Inc., Global Satellite Networks, Brown Bag Productions, Backtrax USA and Rockline Radio, LLC.

Heather Cohen is Executive Vice President of The Weiss Agency, a broadcast talent agency which represents and develops the careers of many of the industry’s most successful local and syndicated personalities.

Amanda brings a combined fifteen years of experience in both office management and client relations to The Weiss Agency as the new Director of Operations.
